Went out of an arneson's sleeper this past weekend. Caught lots of walleye and a few sauger and perch. Biggest walleye/sauger was only 14 1/2", lots around this size though. Lots of eelpout too, biggest one went 35".
We are fishing in areas with 13-16″ of ice. Captain Cole Buley reports that pink and gold and green and gold are the hot color combinations right now. We had our annual family trip for ice fishing. Fishing was ok but the service of the staff and the food at the Harbor Lodge was excellent!
Guided ice fishing packages include bait, transportation to and from the heated fish house (or a road pass if you prefer to drive yourself), fish cleaning, and fish packaging. We do not provide ice fishing rods or tackle for our winter packages. The lodging is also included in all of our packages.

We are fishing west of Rocky Point, as well as at Lambertson’s Rock and Twin Islands anywhere from 23-28 feet of water. The bite has been good so far.
